OVERVIEW

YMCI Student Leaders is a group consisting of senior students aspiring to become leaders within the school. As a student leader, members represent the student body and serve as mentors to our junior students. Student leaders assist and mentor YMCI students by hosting some major school-wide events (Muskoka Woods, Grade 9 trips, Moving on Up Day) in expectation of providing comfort and a sense of belonging for all. 

YMCI had their first leadership trip to Muskoka Woods in early October. We hope to continue this tradition for Grade 10 students in the 2024/2025 school year.
